We are Angels with faith Ministries & Church a volunteer run non-profit charity located in Georgia that helps 1000s of families in true need,in crisis,after disasters,Military families etc & 1000s of children every Christmas with 0 funding, we rely strictly on the tax deductible donations of angels & 100% of EVERY donation goes directly to helping those in true need in Georgia. We accept donated Real estate anywhere in the Southeast U.S in any condition & any kind,donated vehicles any kind any condition,boats,RVs etc as well as donated furniture in good condition,working appliances,household needs,baby & childrens needs,toys for Christmas,clothing,remodeling materials including used carpet etc,anything in good usable condition (last year we had 100s of people donate truckloads of true garbage that noone could have ever used so we have to ask that it is in good usable condition please), we pickup 7 days a week in northeast Georgia ,vehicles & boats anywhere in & around Georgia & truckloads are welcome. Currently our Church/Charity(home based) is in dire need of donated property in northeast Georgia for our permanant location,hopefully acreage with dwellings or without & we would love a pond or waterfront for our Youth Fishing Group of disadvantaged & at risk teens & youth for their fishing day camp but property does not have to have a pond, we aqre hoping for acreage so that it either has an extra home of any kind or where we can place donated mobile home(s) to temporarily house homeless families & Military families coming home from overseas since it takes months for them to begin getting disability benefits & finding housing is hard with no verifiable income which is sad for our soldiers but true(I have 2 permanantly injured military sons who went through that problem 1 Iraq 1 Afghanistan).Due to lack of space & storage we have had to turn down several large donations of furniture,toys at Christmas etc taht could have helped so many families & that broke our hearts,we have ooutgrown the small 2 bedroom home we currently rent in Winder & cannot house homeless famlies here & get calls several times a month from the Red Cross & other agencies. Your donation is tax deductible for full value no matter what condition,we don;t mind fixing it up at all, for up to 5 years & you would be helping us make a difference & help 1000s more families every year & 1000s more children every Christmas. We started this charity nearly 5 years ago to make a true difference & help 1000s of families each year & 1000s of children each Christmas all with 0 funding because we truelly give 100% of every donation directly toward helping those in true need which is what charities shoudl do but 80 % of charities,especially the big charities only give less than 20% on average of donations back into the community,the rest goes to fancy storefronts,salaries for paid employees,overhead & advertising & they turn families way because tehy have no funding left,we set out to change that & to run a true charity that is run only by volunteers,we are home based & do not have a fancy storefront,do our own promotional & advertising work only on free classified & blog websites,pay for our own gas & costs to pickup & deliver donated items, & built & run our own websites on free domains so that 0 % of donations ever goes to costs. A permanant location would help us in our cause by reducing our out of pocket expenses which could go toward feeding,housing,clothing etc families in need & give us more room for storage & housing families in need,you can help us make a HUGE difference right here in Georgia.
We are praying that someone will have a property in Northeast Ga area (jackson,Oconee,Walton,barrow,Hall,Newton,Madison,Rockdale,Clarke,Banks,forsythe,North Fulton, county areas) that they have inherited,just don't use or need,are tired of paying taxes on,needs work that they dont want to do, or just want to donate to help those in need or someone willing to donate a 30 year land contract on property which would be tax deductible for full value of lease & you would still own it or even someone who would be willing to owner finance 10 or more acres with dwelling(s) with or without a pond or waterfront in the counties listed above with 0 down & paymenst of $700 or less per month non-qualifying or no credit needed. Donate Real Estate to charity/tax deductible up to 5 years/100%of every donation to us helps those in true need
When people donate to a charity they truelly expect that their donation will go directly to helping those in true need.The very sad thing is that most charities,especially the big ones who receive tons of funding,only give a small percent of those donations to those who truelly need them,on average less than 20 %,the rest of your donations go to pay for fancy storefronts,salaries&administrative costs.To us that is very sad,charities are supposed to exist to help those in true need&the fancy storefronts & selling the donated items for outragious amounts,paying employees is all a waste of donations that could help so many in need,they pay for advertising & so forth when there are so many ways to promote & advertise for free & that woudl give more money to truelly help those in need.Instead they spend a fortune & turn nearly everyone away who goes to them for help because they have no funds left available for what they are supposed to exist to do,helping those in true need.At Christmas the big charities take applications in October & most families in need miss that deadline because they don't expect it to happen before November,we receive 1000s of calls after November 1st from parents,grandparents,guardians etc who are in tears because they have missed those deadlines or are immediately turned away because there are no funds to help them.

You can rest assured that when you donate Real estate,land,houses,etc that home will either be given directly to a family in true need or if it is unlivable it will be sold & every cent of the proceeds will go directly to helping people in true need.this Christmas(2012) we had a burned down house donated by Ms Vikki Mount of Austrailia,the house was in downtown Atlanta & was unsalvagable but we sold it for the land & were able to provide Christmas gifts including Bicycles,Warm clothing,Coats,shoes, & food baskets to 1000s of Georgia children & their families,WHAT A BLESSING!! We have received only 2 house donations teh other was in Birmingham Alabama & we were blessed to be able to go to Birmingham & sign the home over to a young family who were living with relatives in a housing project after being left homeless by the tornados in less than 24 hours of the donation,What a BLESSING!! We also accept Boat & RV donations but those items are sold & every cent of those proceeds also go to house,feed,clothe families in need whatever the needs we have waiting are get filled. We have only had 2 vehicles donated but the 1st one was blown up & was not fixable within reasonable cost so it was sold immediately for junk price & the money went directly to help an elderly couple who had no vehicle get a vehicle to get to theri Dr appts,the grocery store & pharmacy etc & they were able to get the cancer treatment that the husband so desperately needed,teh 2nd car was given to a mother of 5 when her husband left her with no transportation & no money or job, WHAT A BLESSING..
